Where do you ship to?

We’re pleased to ship our standard art prints worldwide, working with a trusted fulfillment partner for efficient and careful delivery. Originals and hand-finished prints are shipped domestically within the U.S. only, to ensure high-quality handling. For international shipments, additional taxes, import duties, or regulations may apply, and these are the buyer's responsibility.

How long does shipping take?

Original artworks are typically prepared and shipped within 10 business days of purchase. Hand-finished prints are custom-created for each order and require a minimum of one month to complete and ship. Standard prints usually arrive within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are provided as estimates only, so please keep in mind that they are not guaranteed.

Are the products ready to ship or made to order?

Originals are ready to ship upon purchase. Hand-finished prints and standard prints are made to order. Hand-finished pieces include unique details crafted just for you, so they require additional time for completion.

How is my artwork shipped, and is it protected during delivery?"

Your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Hand-finished prints and original paintings are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes tracking and insurance to protect your investment. For larger or higher-value pieces, we include additional insurance for extra peace of mind. Flat-rate shipping ensures you always know the cost upfront, with no surprises!

Why does shipping cost more for larger orders?

Our shipping rates are flat and include careful packaging, tracking, and insurance to protect your investment. Larger or multiple items may cost slightly more to ensure everything arrives safely in one package.

What kind of materials are used?

Originals are created on premium cotton paper, canvas panels, or canvases, using professional-grade watercolors and mixed media for vibrant, long-lasting results. Both hand-finished and standard prints are giclée quality, printed on premium cotton paper to beautifully capture the detail and essence of each original.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Because of their unique and custom nature, all sales of original artworks and hand-finished prints are final. Standard prints are produced and shipped by our partner, The Print Space, and may only be eligible for return under specific conditions, such as damage or defects. For more details, please review our full Return & Refund Policy.

Who owns the rights to the artwork?

When you purchase an artwork, you receive ownership of the physical product to display in your home or business. However, I retain all rights to the image, including reproduction rights, even after sale. This means the artwork may not be copied, reproduced, or resold for commercial use without my written permission. If the artwork is featured in media, I kindly ask for credit.

Do you offer commissions?

I don’t offer commissions at this time. My creative process is intuitive, allowing each piece to unfold naturally and communicate its own unique story.

Do you offer framing?

My originals and hand-finished prints are sold unframed, giving you the opportunity to select a frame that complements your personal style. For standard prints, framing options may be available at checkout depending on our fulfillment partner’s offerings.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! I offer flexible payment options at checkout, so you can bring home the art you love on a schedule that works for you.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Original artworks and hand-finished prints are highly valued pieces and are not discounted. However, standard prints may occasionally be included in special promotions. Keep an eye out for updates!

How can I ensure my piece matches the colors in my room?

I make every effort to display colors as accurately as possible on my website, but screen settings and lighting can sometimes create variations. If you have specific color concerns, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to provide additional details or guidance.

Will the colors look the same in person as they do online?

I do my best to photograph each piece accurately, but screen settings and lighting can vary. Watercolors, especially, have a beautiful way of shifting in different light—which is part of what makes them feel so alive in a space. If you’d like to see additional photos before purchasing, I’m happy to help.

Do you offer installation advice?

Art is personal, and finding the right display location is part of the joy of owning it. While I don’t provide installation services, I recommend consulting a framer or interior designer for tips on showcasing your new piece beautifully.

How do I care for and maintain my original piece?

To keep your artwork vibrant, I recommend framing it with UV-protective glass and avoiding direct sunlight exposure. Proper care will ensure your piece remains as fresh and beautiful as the day it was created.

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits may be charged to secure original artworks and help cover time and materials. These deposits are non-refundable.

Do you offer gift certificates?

I currently do not offer gift certificates, but artwork makes a wonderful gift! If you’re purchasing a piece for someone special, I’d be delighted to help ensure it’s the perfect choice.

Can I share your artwork online or use it for something personal?

I love when people share my work! If you post about a piece you’ve purchased, please tag me (I'm @tarashoe.maker on Instagram) and link back to my site.

For anything commercial (like using it in a product, book, or publication), please just reach out so we can discuss licensing.

Do you use AI to write your blog or product descriptions?

I do use a custom-trained AI assistant to help me organize and clarify my writing. But every word starts with my voice and story. There is no auto-generated fluff—just a little help behind the scenes to keep things consistent and true to who I am.

Are your images AI-generated?

All the artwork and in-studio photos are created by me. I do use room mockups from Etsy or other places to show how a piece might look in a space, and those may include AI elements created by the original designer. But no images of my art are computer-generated—ever.
