Thank you for choosing to bring Tara Shoemaker’s artwork into your home! We take great care to package each piece thoughtfully and securely to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Please find details below about shipping timelines and procedures for each product type.

Original Artworks

  • Processing Time: Each original artwork is prepared with care and attention before shipping. Orders are processed within 10 business days of purchase.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most domestic shipments for original artworks arrive within 7 - 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery timeframes are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping and Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. We work with trusted shipping services to ensure safe delivery, and each shipment is insured. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers remain responsible for these costs.

Hand-Finished Prints (Pre-Order Only)

  • Production Timeline: Hand-finished prints are available by pre-order and require additional time for final touches. Each piece includes hand-painted accents, adding at least one month from the date of order for production and fulfillment.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, hand-finished prints typically arrive within 7 - 15 business days for domestic orders. Delivery timeframes are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping and Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. Your hand-finished print will be securely packaged and shipped with an insured delivery service. All shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Standard Prints Fulfilled by The Print Space

  • Production and Shipping: Standard prints are produced and shipped by our trusted fulfillment partner, The Print Space. Production typically takes 2-5 business days. For international and domestic orders, The Print Space ships using reputable carriers with estimated delivery times ranging from 5 - 15 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery time depends on destination and time frames provided here are estimates only but are not guaranteed.
  • Shipping Costs: All shipping costs for standard prints are calculated and paid at checkout. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply or be incurred after checkout. All shipping costs are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.

General Shipping Information

  • Packaging: Each item is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Estimated Delivery: While we aim to provide accurate estimates, shipping timeframes are for convenience only and cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside of our control.
  • International Shipping: Currently, standard prints are available for international shipping through The Print Space. Original artworks and hand-finished prints are shipped within the U.S. only.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: We are not liable for packages lost or damaged in transit. Once an order is shipped, responsibility for the package is transferred to the customer. However, we are happy to assist with tracking and claims with the carrier if any issues arise.
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
