However, Tara Shoemaker retains all rights to the image, including reproduction rights. This means that purchased artwork cannot be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from Tara Shoemaker. All images of artwork, sold or otherwise, are retained by Tara Shoemaker, and any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning: No artwork, images, photography, text, or other content from this website may be used for artificial intelligence training, machine learning, dataset creation, model development, data mining, generative AI systems, or similar purposes without the express written permission of Tara Shoemaker.

4. Purchases and Payment

All prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollars. We accept payment via Stripe for secure online transactions. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided at checkout.

Taxes: Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable sales tax at checkout. International customers are also responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to shipments outside the United States.

Non-Refundable Deposit on Original Artworks: At times a deposit may be required to secure an original artwork. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

For detailed shipping timelines and policies, please refer to our Shipping Policy. While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs as stated at checkout.

6. Returns and Refunds

Our returns and refunds policy is outlined in detail in our Return & Refund Policy. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase. Due to the unique and custom nature of our original artworks and hand-finished prints, all sales for these items are final.
